This class is specifically designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Come join us for “Sit Down and Feel Better” – a chair yoga program for people living with MS Designed by Liz Franklin©

Thanks to MS Heartland Borderwalk in partnership with The Whole Person we are able to provide this class to MS patients for FREE. Please wear loose clothing, shoes that can be removed, water and towel and prepare to be dazzled with just how much you can work your core, glutes, arms and legs from a chair.
